DRINK at least 2 litres of water a day.
Get plenty of sleep (before midnight – beauty sleep!)
Exercise improve circulation
Get outdoor time!
Eat seeds and nuts, fresh greens, for skin & nail health.
Live happily and peacefully with others.
Count your blessings!
Avoid nasty chemicals as much as possible. If the ingredient name does not easily roll off the tongue, try something else!
